H. Glenn Fogle Jr.

H. Glenn Fogle Jr., the founding member and principal of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, brings a wealth of expertise with 25 years dedicated to Immigration and Nationality Law. Raised in the United Kingdom until age fourteen, he returned to the U.S. to complete his education. Mr. Fogle is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits.

A longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Fogle has contributed as a speaker at AILA events and served as an AILA Mentor. His exemplary work has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and U.S. News and World Reports Best Lawyers, consistently ranking him among Georgia's top immigration attorneys for eight and seven years, respectively.

Mr. Fogle is a distinguished litigator in immigration law, managing cases across various U.S. immigration courts from New York to Honolulu. He is renowned for his expertise in asylum law and deportation/removal defense, successfully representing clients from diverse continents including Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

His achievements include winning hundreds of appeals at the Board of Immigration Appeals. Notably, in 2006, he secured four immigration-based petitions for review in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, with three published decisions. Since then, he has achieved additional victories, including a published decision in 2008 and another in 2010 in the Eleventh Circuit, as well as successes in the Sixth Circuit.
