About Frank F. Voler

Frank's academic journey began with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1981. Following his graduation, he served as a nuclear-trained officer on active duty until 1986 and continued his service in the Naval Reserve as a CDR, USNR (ret). During 1986–1987, he contributed as an instructor at Virginia Power, imparting knowledge in thermodynamics and nuclear science.
