H. Glenn Fogle Jr.

H. Glenn Fogle Jr., the principal of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, has been a leader in Immigration and Nationality Law for 25 years. Born and raised in the United Kingdom until age 14, he then moved to the United States to complete his education. Mr. Fogle is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits.

A committed member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Fogle has contributed as a speaker at AILA conferences and served as a mentor within the organization. His expertise in immigration law has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and U.S. News and World Report's Best Lawyers, ranking him among Georgia's top immigration attorneys for eight and seven consecutive years, respectively.

Mr. Fogle is renowned for his litigation skills in immigration law, handling cases nationwide from New York to Honolulu. He is a distinguished authority on asylum law and deportation/removal defense, successfully representing clients from diverse countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

His appellate success includes hundreds of victories at the Board of Immigration Appeals. Notably, in 2006, Mr. Fogle achieved four immigration petition wins at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, including three published decisions. He continued his success with additional published decisions in 2008 and 2010 in the Eleventh Circuit, as well as a significant win in the Sixth Circuit.
