Rachel M. Noorthoek

Rachel M. Noorthoek has dedicated nearly twenty years to the practice of personal injury law, bringing a wealth of litigation experience to her clients. Raised on the Southside of Chicago, Rachel pursued her undergraduate education at Indiana University in Bloomington, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in English. She then returned to her roots in Chicago to complete her law degree at DePaul College of Law, where she excelled as a member of the Moot Court Appellate team.

Rachel's commitment to personal injury law began during law school when her brother sustained a workplace injury while working as an ironworker. This pivotal experience, coupled with her clerkship at the law firm representing her brother, fueled her passion for advocating for those harmed by negligence. For four years in Chicago, she served as a plaintiff's attorney, gaining invaluable experience and successfully representing clients in numerous trials.

Transitioning her career, Rachel worked as an insurance defense attorney, gaining critical insights into the operations of insurance companies and their claim assessment processes. This experience enriched her understanding and approach to personal injury cases.

In 2015, Rachel and her husband moved to North Carolina, where she renewed her dedication to representing injured individuals. Her practice in North and South Carolina covers a broad spectrum of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, and premises liability cases. Rachel is recognized for her tenacity in the courtroom, always prepared to advocate fiercely for her clients' rights.
