Jerome Linnen Jr

With a legal career spanning more than 28 years, Jerome Linnen Jr. has committed his practice to advocating for individuals and families impacted by wrongful actions such as auto accidents, malpractice, dangerous products, and workplace discrimination. Operating primarily out of Akron, Ohio, Jerome has represented clients in both trial and appellate courts across Ohio and Florida.

Jerome's approach centers on empowering clients to make informed legal decisions that can significantly affect their lives. He is known for his vigorous litigation strategies and utilizes a network of seasoned investigators, engineers, physicians, and consultants nationwide to support his cases.

At least fifty percent of Jerome's practice is focused on employment litigation, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, gender and age discrimination, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and retaliation claims under State and Federal law. He has also served as lead counsel in collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), addressing employer wage violations related to overtime and tipped employees.
