John Reagan

John J. Reagan began his legal career while working as a Senior Claims Adjuster for a national insurance company. He attended evening classes at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, earning his degree in 1996. After passing the Ohio Bar exam the same year, John focused on defending national insurance companies, product manufacturers, and trucking companies against personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death claims.

Before joining Kisling, Nestico & Redick in 2010, John was a shareholder at Reminger Co., LPA, one of Ohio's largest regional defense firms. During his decade-long tenure there, he served as lead trial counsel in numerous cases, handling consumer claims and catastrophic personal injury matters.

John's approach to law transformed after successfully litigating a case for a severely injured motorcycle accident victim. Despite insurance company disputes, he secured a six-figure jury verdict and additional damages for bad faith. This pivotal case inspired John to broaden his practice to assist individuals affected by unforeseen accidents.
