Michael Karst

Michael P. Karst serves as an associate attorney with Kastner, Westman & Wilkins, LLC in Akron, Ohio, where he specializes in labor and employment law. Michael is dedicated to representing employers in workplace disputes across a spectrum of laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Ohio Revised Code Section 4112. His expertise extends to advising on daily employment matters such as leave management, wage and hour compliance, terminations, severance arrangements, non-compete clauses, and employment contracts.
