Wesley Buchanan

Wesley Buchanan established the firm in 2013 with a mission to provide dedicated advocacy for individuals and families. He has successfully addressed numerous judicial needs for his clients.

Mr. Buchanan's academic journey began at Heidelberg University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, complemented by minors in Finance and Communications. During his time at Heidelberg, he expanded his knowledge by studying Economics at the New College at Oxford and served as the Station Manager for WHEI 88.9FM.

In 2004, Mr. Buchanan launched Buchanan Insurance and Financial Group, offering licensed insurance and financial services. He completed his legal studies at the University of Akron School of Law in 2003. At Akron Law, he was an active member of the nationally ranked trial team and placed in the 12th Annual Landskroner Closing competition.

The Ohio Supreme Court licensed Mr. Buchanan to practice in all state courts in Ohio in 2013, with admission to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio following soon after. In 2017, he expanded his practice to California, receiving licensure from the California Supreme Court and admission to the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Buchanan's leadership skills were recognized in 2018 when he joined the Ohio State Bar Association Leadership Academy Class, a comprehensive five-month leadership training program. His dedication to the legal profession is further demonstrated by his membership in the Ohio Bar College.
