Donald Moser

Donald Moser has dedicated more than three decades to practicing family and marital law in Butler County, Ohio. His legal services encompass a wide range of family-related issues, including marriage and children matters. Additionally, he offers estate planning services such as preparing wills for families.

Since 2002, Donald has been fully trained and qualified as a collaborative law lawyer. His extensive courtroom experience includes serving as co-counsel in three capital murder cases, as well as numerous civil and criminal jury trials. He has participated in thousands of court hearings, providing consultation and representation to families on diverse legal concerns.

In 2013, Donald received the Professionalism Award from the Butler County Bar Association, marking him as the first private practice lawyer to earn this annual recognition. The award commended his dedicated service to the legal profession and his community leadership.

Donald has also contributed to the legal community through educational initiatives. He has been a speaker at continuing legal education seminars, discussing family law in 2011 and landlord-tenant law in 2012. Earlier, from 1996 to 1997, he was both an on-air speaker and off-air advisor for Howard Ain on CBS Channel 12 TV News and WLW 700 radio.

His leadership roles include serving as President and Immediate Past President of the Butler County Bar Association from 2011 to 2013. Donald also served as a part-time Magistrate at the Fairfield Municipal Court for 30 years.

Donald earned his J.D. from the College of William & Mary Law School in 1981, graduating cum laude with a focus in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. He completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a B.A., and received the Dean’s Award at Miami University, Oxford Campus, where he taught as an Adjunct Professor in Mass Media Law from 1988 to 1989.
