Greg D. Porter

Greg D. Porter was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his education at Bishop Fenwick High School in Middletown and successfully finished Ohio's Firefighter Training Program. Greg then joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he served a tour in Iraq before continuing his studies at the University of Cincinnati. After completing his Bachelor's degree, he earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar and the U.S. Federal Court, Southern District of Ohio.

In 2012, Greg began his legal career at Rodríguez & Associates as legal counsel, ascending to a named partner at Rodríguez & Porter in 2015. His legal practice is dedicated to civil suits, with a focus on Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court issues such as Domestic Violence Protection Orders, Custody, Visitation, and Child Support. He also handles civil litigation matters involving small businesses and subcontractors, particularly in construction disputes.

Greg has successfully represented clients before local and state administrative bodies, including the Ohio State Board of Education and the Ohio Department of Liquor Control. He has achieved favorable outcomes for his clients through Summary Judgment, saving them significant costs by resolving cases early.

Beyond his legal career, Greg is actively involved in his community, coaching baseball and basketball teams in Fairfield. He is a devoted family man, spending quality time with his wife, their three sons, and four dogs.
