Jessica Powell

Jessica Powell has a unique and inspiring background that sets her apart in the legal field. Starting her career journey at just 14, she demonstrated independence by living on her own by 16. Her determination led her to put herself through college, graduating with honors. Jessica's early career began at the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Disability Services, where she handled disability claims for the Social Security Administration.

Driven by her aspiration to become a lawyer, Jessica attended law school while maintaining full-time employment, achieving the distinction of graduating first in her class. Post-law school, she served as staff counsel for a state court judge and gained significant experience at a national law firm. There, she focused on complex litigation involving defective prescription medications, medical devices, and medical malpractice, litigating against some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies globally.

Now at Kruger & Hodges, Jessica is committed to serving as a hometown lawyer in Ohio, using her extensive skills and compassionate approach to assist injured individuals. Her dedication to her clients is complemented by her strong work ethic and legal expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys gardening, raising chickens, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, including her two rescued basset hounds. A tri-state native, she currently resides in Adams County, Ohio.
