Moshe Toron

Moshe Toron is a distinguished attorney focusing on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Nursing Home Planning, and Estate Planning. He collaborates with families to address their long-term care requirements, including assistance with Medicaid Nursing Home benefits applications.

Mr. Toron began his professional journey as the chaplain at Cedar Village – The Jewish Nursing Home of Cincinnati, where he provided counseling to the elderly and their families. During his time at Cedar Village, he pursued legal studies at the Chase College of Law, distinguishing himself as an award-winning student. He made the Dean's List four times and received the Cincinnati Bar Association Auxiliary Award.

Prior to founding The Toron Law Firm, Moshe served as a Senior Tax Planner at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in implementing advanced tax and estate planning strategies. Mr. Toron has been licensed to practice in Ohio since 1999 and is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

An active member of the legal community, he belongs to the Cincinnati, Warren County, Butler County, and Clermont County Bar Associations. His leadership roles include serving as Vice-Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Elder Law Committee and as Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, CLE Committee. He has also been a member of the CBA Young Lawyers Section, Executive Committee.
