Victoria Munson

Victoria Munson, known as Tori, is a dedicated attorney based in Canton, Ohio. She grew up in Barberton and earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Toledo in 2014. In 2017, she achieved her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. During her time in law school, Tori gained valuable experience as a law clerk in juvenile and family law offices and participated in the trial team.

After graduating and becoming an Ohio lawyer, Tori began her legal career as a Staff Legal Professional at the Stark County Public Defender’s Office. There, she represented clients in Stark County Family Court and Canton Municipal Court. Following her tenure at the Public Defender’s Office, she served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Richland County, Ohio, focusing on juvenile matters and appeals.

While Tori's primary practice areas include criminal and juvenile law, she has a deep-seated passion for family law. She believes that her work in family law allows her to make a significant impact, especially in the lives of children. Tori is enthusiastic about contributing to the Stark and Summit Counties, where she grew up and currently resides.

Outside of her professional commitments, Tori enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid listener of podcasts and audiobooks and frequently attends yoga classes at her local studio. In her leisure time, Tori indulges in photography, all things Disney, and cherishes moments with her family.
