Aaron Michael McHenry

Aaron Michael McHenry is a committed advocate for families in Southern Ohio, bringing his extensive litigation experience to Warren Law Firm. Aaron, a lifelong resident of Ohio, originally hails from Scioto County and has been practicing law in Chillicothe since 2004. He is a graduate of Minford High School and holds a bachelor's degree in history from Ohio University. Aaron earned his law degree with honors from the University of Akron School of Law.

Aaron's legal career includes roles such as Judicial Clerk at the Eleventh District Court of Appeals and Court Administrator/Magistrate at the Fourth District Court of Appeals. He has served as a Partner at Benson, McHenry and Sesser, Managing Member of Aaron M. McHenry, Attorney at Law, LLC, Assistant Public Defender at the Ohio Public Defenders Office, and Assistant Law Director at the Chillicothe Law Director’s Office. Currently, he is the Managing Member at Warren Law Firm.

In his community, Aaron has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Adena Mansion and Gardens Society and the Paint Valley ADAMH Board of Directors. A history enthusiast, Aaron has a keen interest in the American Civil War, particularly the Battle of Gettysburg, and is an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns. He resides in Ross County with his wife, Cassie, and their two daughters.
