John H. Phillips

John H. Phillips is the accomplished founder of the Phillips Law Firm, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He provides expert legal representation to both individual and business clients across the metropolitan area. With admissions to all state courts in Ohio and Minnesota, Mr. Phillips is also qualified to practice before multiple federal trial and appellate courts.

A significant focus of Mr. Phillips's practice is on business litigation. He has adeptly handled cases involving trade secret misappropriation, contract breaches, and partner and shareholder disputes, as well as purchase and sale disagreements. Prior to founding his firm, he practiced environmental law and litigation at a national law firm.
