Moshe Toron

Moshe Toron is a seasoned attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio, focusing on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Nursing Home Planning, and Estate Planning. He provides crucial assistance to families navigating long-term care needs, including Medicaid Nursing Home benefit applications.

Mr. Toron began his professional journey as the chaplain at Cedar Village – The Jewish Nursing Home of Cincinnati, where he offered counseling to the elderly and their families. During this time, he pursued legal studies at Chase College of Law, earning recognition as an award-winning student. He was named to the Dean's List four times and received the Cincinnati Bar Association Auxiliary Award.

Before founding The Toron Law Firm, Mr. Toron was a Senior Tax Planner at Deloitte & Touche. In this role, he implemented advanced tax and estate planning strategies. His admission to practice law in Ohio was granted in 1999, and he is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Toron is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Cincinnati, Warren County, Butler County, and Clermont County Bar Associations. He has held leadership roles, including Vice-Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Elder Law Committee and Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, CLE Committee. Additionally, he served on the CBA Young Lawyers Section, Executive Committee.
