Paul Kellogg

Paul Kellogg brings over 20 years of legal expertise to individuals and businesses in Cincinnati, Ohio. He specializes in wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and residential real estate transactions. Business clients rely on his extensive background for guidance in business strategy, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks, corporate governance, and licensing. Many regard him as their outside general counsel.

Before joining Phillips Law Firm, Inc., Paul served as Vice President and General Counsel for two privately held companies and was the Director of Estate and Business Planning at Northwestern Mutual's Cincinnati office. These roles have equipped him with the ability to offer proactive legal counsel to individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and privately held businesses.

A lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Paul grew up in West Chester, Ohio, and attended Cincinnati Moeller High School. He earned his communications degree, graduating Cum Laude from Ohio University, where he met his wife Karen. He then pursued his law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law, focusing on business law, probate, and estate planning.

Outside of his legal practice, Paul enjoys exercising, bicycling, fishing, playing golf, and traveling with his family. He resides in West Chester with his wife and three children.
