Ryan J McGraw

Ryan J. McGraw is a highly experienced attorney at Rittgers & Rittgers, Attorneys at Law, located in Lebanon, Ohio. He provides legal representation to both companies and individuals across the state, where he was born and raised. Ryan is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts.

Ryan's business practice includes advising entrepreneurs on the optimal legal structure for new ventures. He drafts and reviews employment agreements and other critical contracts. His expertise extends to handling breach of contract cases, mergers and acquisitions, and various business transactions.

In addition to his business practice, Ryan is dedicated to representing families of children who have suffered sexual abuse by representatives of organizations such as religious and educational institutions. He also advocates for clients whose civil rights have been violated by law enforcement or government officials.

Ryan graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from The Ohio State University in 2009. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2012. Ryan is an active member of several legal organizations, including the Cincinnati and Warren County Bar Associations, the National Crime Victim Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association.

Committed to community service, Ryan has contributed to the Powel Crosley Jr. Branch YMCA and the St. Xavier High School Young Alumni Board.
