David Nager

David E. Nager, the managing partner of Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A., has been practicing law since 1990, specializing in workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He has effectively argued thousands of cases at all levels of the Industrial Commission of Ohio and has handled hundreds of cases in various Ohio courts, including the State Appellate level. David has secured compensation totaling tens of millions of dollars for injury victims.

David's leadership is recognized statewide, demonstrated by his appointment to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) Nominating Committee in 2011. This committee is responsible for nominating individuals to the BWC Executive Board, which manages the finances of the BWC for the State of Ohio. His contributions were further acknowledged when the Ohio Association for Justice awarded him the Outstanding Service Award in May 2011 for his efforts to improve the BWC system for injured workers.

David has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyer for the years 2012, 2013, and 2014. Beyond his legal career, he is deeply involved in his community, coaching and sponsoring youth sports programs. He coaches one of Northeast Ohio's top youth baseball teams and is a state racquetball champion. Additionally, he has played on nationally ranked men's softball and hardball teams.

David resides in Mayfield Village, Ohio, with his wife, Ellen, and their four children.
