Mark Martin Turner

Mark Martin Turner launched his legal career in 2002 and has since developed a robust practice in litigation, business advising, non-profit consulting, and probate. After spending over a decade with Gallagher Sharp, focusing primarily on litigation, he joined The Gertsburg Law Firm in 2017. In 2020, he returned to his own specialized practice.

Prior to his legal career, Mark earned an MBA and worked as a financial manager for a small business. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners, enabling him to offer insightful advice and courtroom strategies. His approach is to find timely, cost-effective solutions rather than pursuing litigation at all costs.

Mark has represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. His diverse expertise helps businesses protect their interests, draft fair contracts, mitigate risks, and evaluate new ventures.

Outside of his professional life, Mark is a dedicated father of two and an avid hockey player. He coaches youth hockey in Cleveland Heights and remains involved in competitive play. He is also active in the community, serving as a board member for Open Doors Academy and as a legal advisor for Third World Books.
