Ricky LeBlanc

Ricky LeBlanc, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is the Managing Counsel at Sokolove Law. He is responsible for the firm's risk management and compliance with legal advertising rules across all 50 states. In his role, Ricky directs the firm's asbestos practice and supervises other practices such as birth harm, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and product liability, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Before joining Sokolove Law, Ricky founded his own firm in 2006, focusing on personal injury and product liability. Prior to this, he spent a decade as an associate at Rodman, Rodman & Sandman, PC, where he worked extensively on asbestos-related cases.

Following the events of 9/11, Ricky volunteered with Trial Lawyers Care, offering pro bono legal assistance to victims and families affected by the tragedy. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in History and Education from Fitchburg State College and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Ricky is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Supreme Court. He has represented families at all levels of the trial court system, as well as before Massachusetts state and local agencies and the Social Security Administration.

He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys.
