Kenneth L. Sheppard Jr.

Kenneth L. Sheppard Jr. leads Sheppard Law Offices, Co., L.P.A. as its President and Owner. He completed his undergraduate education at Ohio Northern University in 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. During his time there, he was active in three honor societies and participated in two national mock trial teams. Kenneth pursued his legal education at Ohio Northern University Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1999. To further specialize, he obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver in 2000.

Kenneth is admitted to practice in Ohio and holds licenses to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and both the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Ohio. He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Credit Education Coalition, and Better Business Bureau.

Before founding his own firm in 2005, Kenneth served as the Director of Advanced Planning at a prominent national wealth management firm. His legal practice is primarily focused on bankruptcy, divorce, probate, estate planning, and taxation. Kenneth has extensive experience in handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, aiding individuals and small businesses in central Ohio with financial relief. He also assists clients across Ohio and nationwide with resolving complex federal and state tax issues.

The mission of Sheppard Law Offices is to deliver high-quality legal and tax services while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Outside of his professional life, Kenneth enjoys outdoor activities and regularly travels with his father to various fishing destinations across the country.
