Marion H. Little Jr.

Marion H. Little Jr., a distinguished attorney in Columbus, Ohio, has a robust track record in high-stakes litigation. He served as lead counsel in a six-week jury trial representing a local development company and condominium buyers against a regional bank. The case involved a breach of contract over construction financing, resulting in a $25 million judgment favoring his clients, including a $14 million verdict against the bank for breach of contract and tortious interference, and additional awards totaling $5.6 million for the buyers.

In a separate four-week trial, Mr. Little acted as lead trial counsel in a derivative suit involving misappropriation of corporate opportunities and breach of fiduciary duty.
