Rebecca Hill

Rebecca Hill is a committed employment attorney serving clients across Ohio and New York. Her practice is centered on ensuring effective communication with clients to achieve successful courtroom results. Rebecca handles a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state minimum wage and overtime laws, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) violations, USERRA violations, Title VII discrimination and retaliation claims, sexual harassment, hostile work environment issues, and severance and employment contract reviews and negotiations.

Rebecca is experienced in representing clients in jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. She then graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Capital University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Capital University Law Review. During her time in law school, Rebecca gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Michael H. Watson of the Southern District of Ohio and the Honorable Jeffery S. Sutton, Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
