David Nager

David E. Nager serves as the managing partner of Nager, Romaine & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Since beginning his legal practice in 1990, David has concentrated on workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. His extensive experience includes successfully arguing thousands of claims before all levels of the Industrial Commission of Ohio and handling numerous disputes in Ohio courts.

David has achieved settlements for thousands of injury victims, amounting to tens of millions of dollars. He has also successfully argued cases at the State Appellate level. David resides in Mayfield Village, Ohio, with his wife, Ellen, and their four children. He is deeply involved in his community, actively coaching and sponsoring youth sports programs, and coaching one of Northeast Ohio's top youth baseball teams.

An accomplished athlete, David is a state racquetball champion and has played on nationally ranked men's softball and hardball teams. In 2011, he was appointed to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) Nominating Committee, a statewide body that nominates members to the BWC Executive Board overseeing Ohio's BWC finances. This appointment highlights his leadership in workers' compensation advocacy.

David's contributions to the legal field are further recognized by the Ohio Association for Justice, which awarded him the Outstanding Service Award in May 2011. This honor acknowledged his efforts to improve the BWC system by collaborating with BWC leadership to identify and recommend beneficial changes for injured workers in Ohio.
