Diane Kappeler DePascale

Diane Kappeler DePascale brings forty years of extensive experience across Ohio, focusing on negotiating settlements, trials, and appeals. As a board-certified Specialist in Family Relations Law by the Ohio State Bar Association since January 2005, she expertly handles a range of domestic relations issues, including divorce, dissolution, legal separation, and annulment. Her practice also covers child custody, parenting time schedules, support, healthcare, equitable division of marital property, and spousal support (formerly alimony).

In juvenile matters, Diane addresses child custody, parenting time, support, healthcare, grandparent and other relatives' visitation rights, and cases involving allegations of abuse, neglect, and dependency. Her practice primarily serves clients in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren Counties, Ohio.

Diane has been an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association since 1981 and the Dayton Bar Association since 1982. She served as Chairman of the OSBA Family Law Committee from 2012 to 2014.
