Timothy J. Cook is an experienced attorney with a focus on consumer, foreclosure defense, and civil litigation. At Kohl & Cook, LLC, Timothy, alongside his partner Sean Kohl, provides hands-on legal services to Ohio consumers, individuals, and small businesses. Unlike many firms, cases at Kohl & Cook are handled by the firm's principals, not delegated to junior associates.

Before founding his firm, Timothy honed his skills at Doucet & Associates, Co. L.P.A., where he gained valuable experience in challenging banks and large corporations on behalf of consumers. He has successfully assisted numerous homeowners in resolving mortgage-related issues.

Timothy is admitted to practice in the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Central Ohio Association of Justice and focuses on litigation involving the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA).

Based in Hilliard, Ohio, Timothy lives with his wife, Kimberly N., and their dog, Denali.
