Todd Allen Workman

Todd A. Workman is a dedicated attorney with a robust practice in Criminal Defense, Bankruptcy, and Family Law. Based in Delaware County, Ohio, Todd is committed to providing his clients with clear and straightforward legal advice, ensuring they navigate complex legal issues with ease. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and holds two Bachelor's degrees from The Ohio State University in Criminology and Sociology. Todd is an active member of the Wyandot Bar Association, where he has served as vice-president and president.

Additionally, Todd is involved with the Delaware Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association, The American Bar Association, and The Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He provides pro bono services through the Delaware Law Clinic and is a voluntary member of the Stratford Ecological Center development board.

Todd is licensed to practice throughout the State of Ohio in all Municipal, County, and State Courts. He is also admitted to practice in The United States District Courts of Ohio (Northern and Southern Districts), The United States Bankruptcy Courts of Ohio (Northern and Southern Districts), and The United States Tax Court.

Residing in Delaware, Ohio with his wife Rachel, Todd hails from Galion, Ohio, and graduated from Hilliard High School. With over twenty-five years in central Ohio, he is dedicated to serving his community.
