Brian Alexander Brown

Brian A. Brown is a dedicated attorney with a focus on consumer law, foreclosure defense, and civil litigation. His career began at a small practice where he quickly became the main litigation counsel, representing victims in various courts across Ohio. Early in his career, Brian recognized the injustices faced by individuals and small business owners at the hands of large banks and corporations. He has consistently fought against these entities, often achieving remarkable results that exceed client expectations.

Brian's passion for helping others was cultivated in his small southern Ohio hometown, where he engaged in charity work and became an Eagle Scout. He continued this commitment at The Ohio State University, contributing to charities like the Jimmy V. Foundation for Cancer Research and Habitat for Humanity. He pursued his legal education at Capital University Law School, gaining valuable experience through internships at The Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, and The City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services. He graduated with distinction, earning a place on the Dean’s List and receiving a Pro Bono Honors Award.

Brian's practice areas include foreclosure defense, building and zoning issues, and consumer-related litigation under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), and Ohio Building and Zoning Law. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, canoeing, and fishing, as well as cooking, snowboarding, and sports like volleyball and softball. Brian resides in Upper Arlington with his girlfriend.
