Larry Steven Hayman

Larry S. Hayman leads Hayman Law, LLC as its Principal and Founder. He is admitted to practice law in all state courts and agencies in Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Hayman has a notable litigation background, having successfully tried cases in various forums statewide. His experience includes appellate cases and representation in administrative proceedings before bodies such as the Ohio Elections Commission, the Ohio Department of Education, the State Employment Relations Board, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Hayman has contributed to the legal community by presenting seminars to school administrators and attorneys and has authored articles on school law. His professional affiliations include the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Mr. Hayman also shares his expertise as an adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science at Ohio University, where he teaches a course on The Politics of Law every spring. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he attended Ohio University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa for achieving the highest GPA in the Political Science Department. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as an Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Residing in Harrison West, Mr. Hayman enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and staying informed on current events.
