Marnie Cherie Lambert

Marnie C. Lambert is the founding member of Lambert Law Practice, LLC, with licenses in all state and federal district courts of Ohio and California. Her legal career is marked by extensive experience in complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, and class actions, focusing on consumer representation.

Ms. Lambert earned her juris doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992. She began her career in Los Angeles, California, working at a large international law firm before joining a niche practice. There, she managed significant insurance bad faith claims following the 1994 Northridge Earthquake.

Returning to Ohio in late 1999, Ms. Lambert briefly defended asbestos manufacturers and suppliers in personal injury and wrongful death cases at a large law firm. By 2002, she resumed consumer advocacy and, in 2004, secured a landmark $6,691,420 wrongful death jury verdict in Franklin County, Ohio. This case involved a medical provider's negligence during childbirth.

In 2005, Ms. Lambert found her passion in representing consumers in investment fraud and class actions at a boutique law firm. She has since represented hundreds of investors nationwide in securities disputes through FINRA arbitrations and court proceedings. Her practice is committed to safeguarding consumers from misconduct across various sectors.
