Ms. Raenell Nagel brings over two decades of experience, having served in various roles within nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012, she focuses on providing individualized estate planning, family law, and elder law services. Her dedication is particularly evident in her work with special needs trusts and charitable gifts.

Raenell plays a vital role in the nonprofit and small business sectors, offering expert and affordable legal services. She co-founded Nagel & Dougherty LLC, where her practice areas include estate planning, elder law, and nonprofit and small business law. These areas reflect her professional expertise and personal values.

Ms. Nagel is passionate about making the law accessible to those with unique estate planning needs, including families planning for a member with special needs, young professionals, single-parent households, grandparents raising grandchildren, blended families, and LGBT families.

In addition to her legal practice, Raenell actively volunteers with nonprofit organizations focused on education and animal welfare. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law, specializing in environmental law.
