David Miraldi

David P. Miraldi has built a distinguished career in the legal field, inspired by his father, Ray L. Miraldi, a respected trial lawyer in Lorain County. David graduated with honors from The College of Wooster and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He completed his legal education at the Ohio State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1978 and contributing several articles to the Ohio State Law Journal.

Since joining Miraldi & Barrett, David has focused on negligence, product liability, medical claims, insurance coverage disputes, employment termination claims, and insurance bad faith claims. His legal expertise and dedication have earned him the highest AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting peer-reviewed excellence.

David's professional affiliations include membership in the Lorain County Bar Association, where he served as past president and participated in various committees. He is also involved with The Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers, The Ohio Association for Justice, and The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer in plaintiff personal injury law, David is among the top five percent of attorneys in his field. Beyond his legal practice, he is actively engaged in community service through church, school, and other local projects.

David resides in Avon, Ohio, with his wife Leslee, an attorney practicing in Cleveland. They have three children. In his leisure time, David enjoys tennis, bicycling, and photography.
