Rachel Marie Kuhn

Rachel Marie Kuhn, a Cleveland native, is an accomplished attorney specializing in real estate law and litigation. She earned her B.A. from Miami University, an M.S. from Syracuse University, and a J.D. from Cleveland State University. Rachel has a wealth of experience representing families and businesses before Boards of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commissions, and City Councils. Her practice includes defending the interests of mortgage and lien holders in foreclosure cases, as well as handling contractor and construction defect litigation.

Rachel is also proficient in community association law, working extensively with condominiums, homeowners associations, and individual homeowners. Her expertise extends to assisting nonprofits and small businesses with corporate governance, compliance, and administration issues.

Outside her legal practice, Rachel is a dedicated figure skater, having competed both nationally and internationally. Residing on the West side of Cleveland with her family, she remains actively involved in the skating community by serving on several committees within the U.S. Figure Skating Association, including the Grievance and Rules committees.
