Francis Landry

Francis Landry is an accomplished attorney with nearly 50 years of experience in private practice, specializing in Employment Law and Civil Rights disputes. He has a proven track record in both litigation and appellate claims, including a notable appearance before the United States Supreme Court, where he successfully secured a reversal in the case of Breininger v. Sheet Metal Workers Union, 493 U.S. 67 (1989).

A native of Toledo, Francis is deeply committed to his clients, dedicating extensive hours to complex cases to achieve favorable outcomes. His dedication extends beyond his practice to his community involvement. He has recently served as Chairman of the Toledo Bar Association's Federal Court Committee.

Francis is actively involved in multiple legal associations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lucas County Bar Association (where he is a past president), the Toledo Bar Association (having chaired both the Labor and Employment Law Committee and the Federal Court Committee), the Wood County Bar Association, and the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.
