About Joseph W. Stadnicar

Joseph W. Stadnicar earned his law degree in 1990 and an MBA in 1989 from the Ohio State University. He launched his legal career as a prosecutor for Beavercreek and Fairborn, Ohio, in 1990. Alongside his public service, he practiced privately with Gerald E. Schlafman & Associates.

In 1995, Mr. Stadnicar established his own law office in Beavercreek, continuing to serve as a prosecutor for the City of Beavercreek. The following year, he joined forces with the law firm of Hammond and Stier. This collaboration eventually led to a merger, and he became a partner in the newly named firm, Hammond, Stier & Stadnicar (HS&S).

By 2001, Mr. Stadnicar decided to leave his prosecutorial role to dedicate himself entirely to his private practice at HS&S.
