Lauren P. Rubin

Lauren P. Rubin is a seasoned litigator with expertise in representing businesses and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on disputes related to commercial contracts, complex transactions, antitrust and competition-related litigations, securities litigation and regulation, shareholder actions, as well as government and internal investigations.

Ms. Rubin earned her law degree magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in New York City, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She completed her undergraduate studies magna cum laude at the University of Pennsylvania.

Before establishing her practice, Ms. Rubin served as an associate at the New York City law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin (ret.) of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Rubin has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor of legal writing and research at both Fordham University School of Law and Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
