About Ronald R. Petroff
Ronald R. Petroff, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, completed his high school education at the University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, earning a bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and American History. Graduating cum laude, he was an active member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
Mr. Petroff went on to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he earned a certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution. During his time there, he participated in the National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team and the National Trial Competition Team. He was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his outstanding performance in the class, Criminal Law in the Boardroom.
In 2017, Mr. Petroff was recognized as a Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 Honoree, highlighting his professional and personal achievements in the business community. He was also acknowledged by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of the 10 best family law lawyers under 40 in Ohio for 2014 and 2015. The American Society of Legal Advocates honored him with a similar award in 2014.
In 2015, Mr. Petroff was included in the top 1% of attorneys nationwide by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and was recognized as a rising star in Family Law by Super Lawyers.
