Adam Robert Fogelman

Adam Robert Fogelman is the esteemed founder and owner of The Fogelman Law Firm LLC, with locations in Hamilton, Batavia, and Cincinnati, Ohio. With more than 21 years of legal experience, he is recognized nationally for his work in family law. Mr. Fogelman offers dedicated counsel and support to individuals navigating divorces and other significant family-related legal challenges in Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton counties.

Beyond his focus on family law, Mr. Fogelman also practices in civil litigation and other legal areas. He has built a solid reputation for defending clients' rights and liberties during challenging times, having worked with some of the largest law firms in the region.

Mr. Fogelman graduated in 1997 from the University of Cincinnati and earned his Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Toledo's College of Law. He is a prolific speaker and writer, having published multiple works and conducted numerous lectures and seminars on various legal topics across the region.

An active member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association, Mr. Fogelman has contributed to multiple committees, including the Membership Services and Development Committee, the Admissions Committee, and the Mock Trial Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

In his community, Mr. Fogelman participates in Operation Legal Help Ohio, client workshops, and legal clinics. He has also served on the zoning commission and development committee and volunteers at local schools and parishes. In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family, such as hiking, archery, hunting, and angling, often through local clubs.
