Kevin C. O'Neil

Kevin C. O'Neil, a seasoned corporate attorney who retired in 2019, has a distinguished career advising boards and executive officers of public companies both in the U.S. and internationally. His extensive experience encompasses board functions, including committee and secretary roles, as well as handling activist shareholders and navigating securities law such as IPOs and equity and debt offerings. He is also well-versed in M&A, corporate financing, venture capital, and general corporate law.

O'Neil has held significant board positions, including Secretary of the Board of Directors at Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE:MYE) and Assistant Secretary roles at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. (NASDAQ:BOBE) and Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG). His governance contributions extend internationally, having served as a board member or manager for subsidiaries in countries like France, Ireland, Luxembourg, India, Russia, and Singapore.
