Lauren P. Rubin

Lauren P. Rubin is a distinguished attorney known for her expertise in complex commercial litigation. She focuses her practice on commercial contracts, complex transactions, antitrust and competition-related litigations, securities litigation and regulation, shareholder actions, and both government and internal investigations.

Ms. Rubin earned her law degree magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in New York City and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Her undergraduate studies were completed magna cum laude at the University of Pennsylvania. Her career includes experience as an associate at the New York City law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin (ret.) of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.

Beyond her practice, Ms. Rubin has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor of legal writing and research at both Fordham University School of Law and the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
