Michael Jonathan Menninger

Michael Jonathan Menninger joined Gudorf Law Group in 2014, bringing over a decade of experience to his practice. He focuses on estate planning, including asset protection, working with farmers and small business owners, planning for special needs, and same-sex couples. Additionally, he has a strong background in estate, trust, and guardianship litigation.

Michael is committed to providing both courtroom expertise and compassionate guidance, understanding the critical decisions families face regarding their accumulated assets and loved ones. His approach emphasizes close collaboration with clients, offering personal support and clear information to achieve their planning goals.

Licensed in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, Michael serves clients in the Southwest Ohio region and beyond. Recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio's Super Lawyers, he is dedicated to advancing his legal knowledge and skills. He has served as faculty for legal seminars, including the National Business Institute and WealthCounsel State Forums, where he enjoys educating both clients and fellow professionals.

Michael's dedication to helping others is deeply rooted in the values instilled by his parents. Outside of his legal practice, he serves on the Board of Directors for Charlie’s Kids, Inc., promoting SIDS awareness and safe-sleep practices. He is also actively involved with the Reds Community Fund. In his leisure time, Michael enjoys attending Reds and Dragons games, supporting FC Cincinnati, and playing golf.
