Robert Jason Howard

Robert Jason Howard has deep roots in the Miami Valley region, having spent his entire life in this area. He grew up in the rural landscapes of Greene and Clinton counties, attending schools in Xenia and Jamestown, and graduated from Wilmington High School. Jason pursued his higher education at Wright State University, earning a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He then worked in product development for Comet Cleanser at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, School of Law. While in law school, he clerked for a Dayton-based litigation firm, focusing on family law, civil rights, and employment law. Post-graduation, he joined Lexis-Nexis in research before transitioning into private practice. His initial legal career was with a local firm specializing in litigation across medical malpractice, personal injury, trusts, and real estate.

Subsequently, Jason established his own law practice, leveraging his extensive litigation experience in areas such as wills and trusts disputes, family law, real estate, and small business matters. He uses the insights gained from early litigation to help clients avoid costly mistakes in estate planning and litigation.
