About Theodore Davis Valley
Theodore Davis Valley earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice - Law Enforcement from the University of Dayton in 1995. He continued his education at the same institution, receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. That same year, he was admitted to the Ohio State Bar.
During his law school years, Ted gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Montgomery Co., Ohio Prosecutor's Office. He worked on diverse legal issues, including child custody, child support, appellate, and criminal cases. Upon graduation and bar admission, Ted returned to the Montgomery Co. Prosecutor's Office, now serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Counsel. In this role, he represented the State of Ohio in child custody, visitation, child support, and serious felony criminal cases.
In 2004, Ted transitioned to private practice alongside his partner, Brad Baldwin, establishing a new chapter in his legal career.
