Daniel Williams

Dan Williams is a seasoned attorney specializing in criminal defense, including juvenile cases, adult misdemeanor and felony charges, DUI/OVI defense, and expungement services. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 2012, Dan represents clients across Northeast Ohio, focusing on Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties.

Dan's legal career began with a commitment to serving indigent criminal defendants in Lake County, where he worked tirelessly for three years before joining Dworken & Bernstein. His academic journey started with an undergraduate degree from Miami University. He then moved to Chicago, where he gained valuable experience as an Account Executive at a nationwide mortgage lending company. Despite his time in Chicago, Dan's connection to his hometown remained strong, leading him to return to Cleveland. He earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and married his wife, Gina.

On a personal note, Dan and Gina have been married since 2013 and are proud parents to their child, Shea, born in 2014. Dan is an enthusiastic supporter of Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams. In his leisure time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his large extended family, and exploring Cleveland's vibrant dining and craft beer scene.
