Irving Rosner

Irving Rosner is the head of the Workers’ Damages Department at Dworken & Bernstein, where he focuses on helping clients who have sustained injuries at work. Since joining the firm in 1986, he has applied his extensive experience to ensure that clients receive dedicated and personalized legal support.

Before his tenure at Dworken & Bernstein, Irving served as a trial lawyer and prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington, D.C., and Cleveland, Ohio. From 1979 to 1986, he managed complex legal matters, collaborating with some of the most challenging litigators in the country. The skills he honed in meticulous planning, preparation, and advocacy during this period have been instrumental in his successful legal practice.
