Keith Robert Kraus

Keith Robert Kraus earned his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University in 1981 and obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1984. Beginning his career at Kraus & Kraus, a family-run practice, he honed his skills until 2000.

In 2000, Mr. Kraus joined Dworken & Bernstein as an associate attorney. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to partner in July 2003. He is a respected member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.

Mr. Kraus is also a skilled mediator, having served with the County Common Pleas Courts of Lake, Cuyahoga, and Geauga Counties, focusing on business claims. His practice encompasses real estate sales and leasing transactions, financings, general corporate matters, and the purchase and sale of closely held businesses.

With a robust litigation background, Mr. Kraus handles various business litigation matters, including arbitrations, bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts, as well as appellate litigation.
