Nicole Therese Fiorelli

Nicole Therese Fiorelli has been a dedicated advocate in the field of consumer class action and wage and hour litigation since 2005. Her practice involves representing clients in Ohio and nationwide, tackling cases against both governmental entities and major corporations. She handles a wide array of claims, including minimum wage and overtime violations, consumer fraud, statutory violations, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment.

Among her notable achievements, Nicole secured a six-figure verdict against a national fitness club chain for overtime payment failures, followed by a favorable class settlement. She also achieved class certification and a jury verdict on liability against a national energy services retailer for wage violations. Her efforts led to a favorable settlement in this case.

Nicole successfully defended a motion to dismiss and obtained class certification against a national bank regarding promotional loan practices, culminating in a favorable settlement.
