Nicholas Robert Grilli

Nicholas Robert Grilli is committed to providing comprehensive legal services with a focus on family law, including divorce, dissolution, post-decree matters, paternity, child custody, child support, and adoption. Additionally, he practices in the area of oil and gas law.

Mr. Grilli holds licenses to practice in all Ohio courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is an active member of several bar associations, including the Fairfield County, Columbus, and Ohio State Bar Associations. Notably, he has served as past-president and is the current treasurer of the Perry County Bar Association.

Mr. Grilli's commitment to the community is evident through his volunteer work at free legal clinics in Fairfield and Perry counties. He also provides pro-bono corporate counsel services to local non-profit organizations.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in political science from Miami University. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Curia and received the CALI award for excellence in corporate counsel.

Residing in Canal Winchester with his wife and children, Mr. Grilli continues to contribute to his community both professionally and personally.
