Andrew Popp

Andrew Popp focuses his legal practice on Elder Law and Estate Planning, serving the Medina, Ohio community. He leverages his extensive legal knowledge and effective litigation techniques to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

Andrew earned his bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Stetson Law School, with a concentration in advocacy. During his time at Stetson, he was recognized with several awards, including the Doyle Conflict Resolution Inc. Top Grade Award and a Leadership Development certificate.

Following his graduation, Andrew served as an Assistant State Attorney, where he handled criminal cases from investigation to trial and appeals. He has prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, gaining substantial experience in both bench and jury trials as first and second chair.

After leaving the prosecutor's office, Andrew shifted his focus to Elder Law, driven by a commitment to defend his clients' interests. He has developed comprehensive expertise in wills, trusts, probate, estates, and Medicaid planning. Andrew is adept at employing various strategies to safeguard his clients' assets from potential losses due to nursing home care.
